He has a long track record of transforming businesses, enhancing performance,

His deep experience of bringing together senior teams to solve complex business
challenges has enabled him to appoint, collaborate with, coach and lead world class
executives and consultants across a wide range of sectors.

He has identified the skill set and attitude required to make up a ‘dream team’

With this in mind, he has assembled an outstanding team of senior consultants to work

Profile.

As GM and VP Strategic Outsourcing for Europe at IBM, Sean headed up
a $7b business for the leading technology services provider in the region.

He previously ran the $5b Infrastructure services, Technical Consulting and
Maintenance Divisions and served on the CEO’s Global Performance Team which was
selected personally from the company’s top executives (from a head count of over 400,000)
as well as the Global Integration and Values Team.

Before joining IBM, Sean had a long and varied career with EDS serving in a number
of Board, Executive and Senior Management roles both internationally and in the UK
and prior to his move to IBM, had been offered the European Presidency role.

At the time of HP’s acquisition of EDS, Sean was the Managing Director and Chairman
of EDS UK as well as Global Head of CRM reporting to the CEO. Following the acquisition,
he put together and then led the merged commercial outsourcing businesses of the two companies.

During this period, he was responsible for running a $5.5bn business and managing
relationships with some of EDS’ largest and most valued clients in sectors such as
Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Energy and Government.

His Board roles included seats on the EMEA Board, the Board of Memorex Telex,
and the Board of the company’s FSA regulated financial services subsidiary Eisis,
where his responsibilities covered FSA audits and ensuring appropriate Governance.

He also served in senior leadership positions across EMEA, Asia and Latin America
including a spell as European Sales Director where he led a root and branch transformation
to deliver the most successful sales period in EDS’ history. Particular highlights were upping
the win rate from 10% to 81% and signing the largest European applications and infrastructure
deals within the industry.

Sean holds an MBA with distinction; an MSc in Organizational Behaviour and
Neuro-linguistic technologies; a Certificate in Coaching and is a Master Practitioner in NLP.
